Jitam Foundation is a UK-registered not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the prevention and management of kidney and urinary tract diseases. Our mission is to raise awareness, support individuals and families affected by these conditions, and provide access to essential care for those who need it most.
Jitam works closely with healthcare professionals and community partners to organise blood donation camps, promote early detection, prevention, and education, helping people make informed lifestyle and health choices.
Understanding the challenges faced by underprivileged patients, especially in India, the foundation actively donate dialysis kits and medical support to ensure that life-saving treatment is accessible to those who cannot afford it.
